City of Hubbard Says Goodbye To Chief David Rash

Many friends, family and colleagues joined in on March 4, 2024,   to say a bitter sweet so long to Chief David Rash.  It was a great turnout and wonderful stories shared about a great career and his 6 years with Hubbard PD.
