In 2016, Hubbard was ranked as the safest city in Oregon by Safewise. In 2015, Hubbard was rated the 2nd safest city in Oregon. We like to believe that the patrol tactics from the Hubbard Police Department are a driving force behind how safe the city feels.
Our Police Department consists of our acting Chief, and three patrol officers. Although it is a small force, all of our officers are dedicated to the safety and well-being of both the citizens, and the community as a whole.
