How Do I Get Involved?

We get asked often how our citizens can get involved in their community. Getting involved in your neighborhood can be a great way to give back, meet new people, and keep the area you live in safe and welcoming.

On occasion we do have volunteer opportunities with the City. You can get more information about the current opportunities by visiting the City’s Volunteer Page.

Hubbard’s Public Works Department also has many exciting opportunities; for Eagle Scouts, groups, or individuals. You may find more about this opportunity by visiting the Public Works Volunteer Page.

The City of Hubbard Fire District is also looking for Volunteer Firefighters. You can learn more about this opportunity by going here.

If you are looking for volunteer opportunities around the state of Oregon, you may go to one of the sites below and search for opportunities.

Another great way to get involved in your community is to set up a Neighborhood Watch.

A Neighborhood Watch program can give you a connection to your neighbors, and can also give you piece of mind when your house is unattended.
