Centennial Park is the City's "first impression" park, so to speak, and is located on the west side of 99E as you are driving south towards Woodburn. This park was officially named at our 100 year celebration in 1991. The beautiful flowers and landscaping were donated and are cared for by a local resident. With its beautiful flowers and green grass, we believe Centennial Park adds beauty and character to Hubbard.
