Boil Water Alert UPDATE:  As of 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 10, 2015 the City of Hubbard’s Boil Water Alert remains in effect until further notice.

Water samples taken to our State Certified Laboratory on Monday, November 9, 2015 were all negative except for the City Hall public restroom site which again tested positive, and for the first time we also had a positive test result at the downstream testing site.  Please continue to boil your water before using for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, and food preparation until further notice.  Bring all water to full boil and let it boil for one minute. Let it cool before using.

Additional corrective actions are being taken at the positive test sample sites, after which another round of samples will be taken to our State Certified Laboratory. At this point the soonest possibility for a release of the boil water alert would be at the end of the day tomorrow, Wednesday, November 11th, or Thursday, November 12th.

Please give Hubbard Public Works a call at 503.982.9429 or 503.951.0911 if you have additional questions or concerns.
