The Hubbard Police Department

The Hubbard Police Department has a staff that consists of a Chief of Police, one Sergeant, three full-time officers, ten reserve officers, one administrative assistant and one senior volunteer.

The Hubbard Police Department uses three patrol cars and four patrol bicycles. Two square miles are patrolled 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

The citizens of Hubbard are friendly, caring, well-informed, and actively contribute to the safety and well-being of the community.

Hubbard Police Dept. Mission Statement:

The mission of the Hubbard Police Department is to maintain peace and enhance the safety and livability of people in our community; through community education and enforcement of state and municipal laws.

To accomplish our mission we shall:

Continue to provide efficient and courteous service.
Maintain Police Reserve program, to enhance police services.
Provide crime prevention and education programs.
Participate in problem solving partnerships with citizens, business, and other agencies to enhance livability and safety in our community. Respond to all citizen complaints.

Additionally, the Hubbard Police Department will continue to participate in the following Teams/Networks:

- Marion County H.A.R.T. (Homicide Assault Response Team)
- Local Multidisciplinary Child Abuse Investigation Team
- W.S.I.N. (Western States Intelligence Network)
- Oregon Association of Chiefs of Police
- Oregon Police Officers Association
- Oregon Narcotics Enforcement Association
