The Hubbard Hop Festival is an annual event sponsored by the Hubbard Volunteer Fire Association as well as members from the community. 

The Hop Festival was started in 1973 as a fundraiser for the Volunteer Fire Fighters, as well as to satisfy the need for a community event. The Volunteers use the money generated for various charities, scholarships, and community programs.

The Hubbard Hop Festival runs the 3rd Saturday in July. The Festival includes a parade, beer garden, games for young and old, musical entertainment, food, craft booths, and much more.
