The Annual Operating Budget is the main policy instrument of the Hubbard City government. It is used to guide the allocation of resources among the different departments and programs within the city, and to ensure accountablilty of government spending.

The first report will be posted for the September Coucil meeting by 9/13/11. If you need information before then, please contact Matt Brown.
This report shows the financial position of the City of Hubbard up to that point in the year when it is issued. It gives a summarized listing of all revenues and expenditures that the city has incurred in the past month. The document then compares the monthly financial information to the amounts shown in the budget in order to tell how closely to budget the city is operating.
